All of the items on this website are custom made to order.  We do not carry mass produced items and most items are not on the shelf ready to be shipped. You can expect a delivery time of two weeks to two months, depending on the products ordered. All dolls and doll spell kits are running 6 to 12 weeks delivery time. As everything is made by one person, it is impossible to ship any sooner. Please do not order and then expect to get your items any sooner. The exception to this would be if you have paid for rush delivery. Then, your order is put at the top of the order pile and shipped in two weeks.

Please note that if you should decide to dispute your purchase with Paypal without contacting us first, we will respond but your items will not be shipped until you close the dispute. We do not get paid as long as there is a dispute open, and we will not ship any item unless and until it is paid for. Thank you for your understanding.

In addition, if you should dispute your purchase of custom spellwork with Paypal and Paypal grants you a refund despite our company policy, then any work we have done for you will be reversed without exception. There are a  number of people who are choosing to take advantage of this loophole with Paypal in order to get spell work done for free. If you are one of these people, know that you do so at your own risk.

The provisions of paragraphs 2 (Use of the Service), and 4 (Indemnification) are for the benefit of Planet Voodoo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers to the Service. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf.

Shipping Times

Please note that most orders are filled within two months. If you need your order sooner than that, you can pay a rush fee of $25.00 per item and your order will be shipped within two weeks. This is because everything is created by hand to order and there is no way to guarantee your items will ship faster, though they often do. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We do not provide refunds on any custom orders. Due to the nature of our handcrafted and ritualized products and faith-based services, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on any product or service after payment or delivery, so please choose your products and services carefully. This applies whether you have changed your mind for any reason; your items cannot be returned to Planet Voodoo. Since there is no way of verifying what has happened to our products once they have left our possession, it is not appropriate to pass on magickal items to someone else once they have been used. We are guided by proper magick and Voodoo protocol that has been passed down for centuries by responsible practitioners. Therefore, all magickal Voodoo dolls and products from Planet Voodoo cannot be exchanged, returned, refunded, or revised in any way.

This does not apply to items shipped in error. Please notify us within 72 business hours upon receipt. You may ship it back to us for a full exchange, providing it is returned to us unaltered. If it appears altered upon arrival, we will notify you of the reason it cannot be exchanged by email and the item will not be returned or exchanged. By purchasing Planet Voodoo services and/or products you agree to and accept this term.

If the item is unaltered, we will priority ship your correct product out immediately at our expense. Again, customers have 72 business hours (3 business days) to notify us of the error. If we do not receive notification of the shipping error within this time frame we will not honor the exchange. To notify us of the error, you must email customerservice(at)planetvoodoo.com with your product information and delivery date and we will priority ship your correct product out immediately at our expense.

We take extraordinary care in packing each order with plenty of secure shipping supplies (bubble wrap, heavy shipping boxes, peanuts, etc., and we have never received a complaint of any item arriving broken. In the event this has occurred, it has been the sole responsibility of the USPS for careless handling of your package; therefore, should anything break during shipping, you MUST FILE A CLAIM with the USPS. This means, you will have to take your package to your local post office for them to examine the damage they caused. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage caused by the USPS and highly recommend you opt to pay the additional amount for insurance. Once the package leaves our hands and after inspection by the USPS for secure shipping guidelines, it is no longer under our control and you must deal with the USPS. We are also not responsible for orders lost in the mail. Again, this is why they have the insured package option which we highly recommend you select.

Psychic, Tarot, and Spellcasting Services

Absolutely no refunds will be granted for psychic, tarot, and spellcasting services. Our practitioners schedule specific times with our customers and it is the responsibility of the customer to be available at the agreed upon time. If you do not provide reasonable time for cancellation or rescheduling of your reading (within 24 hours) you will forfeit your reading time. Whether or not your reading is rescheduled for another time is up to the discretion of Planet Voodoo and each situation is considered given its specific circumstances. Simply changing your mind is not sufficient reason to receive a refund, so please be sure of your purchase before placing your order. Absolutely no refunds are given for our spell casting services. There are costs that consist of offerings and the hours spent performing such services that cannot be expected to be provided for free. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

This site is owned and maintained by Denise Alvarado located in Prescott Valley, AZ in the United States of America and all parties are subject to the laws of the United States. If any dispute arises out of this agreement, then all parties agree that any dispute will be resolved within the jurisdiction of the State of Arizona and must be brought to a state or federal court within the State of Arizona. Any and all disputes must be brought to the agreed upon venues within the State of Arizona within one year of written notification of dispute. Further all parties agree that to access this site from outside the United States is done on your own behalf and you are responsible for compliance with United States local, state, or federal laws. If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that best matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.
