To insure fairness to each and every customer, I respond on a "first come, first serve" basis, Monday - Friday only. I am NOT AVAILABLE on Saturday or Sunday, nor on major Holidays; however, you may order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I have had to set these hours due to the increasing number of people who call at all hours of the night and day, 7 days a week. Let us take care of it for you! We will ship your gift and enclose a free Voodoo Mystic gift card with your personal message! We will even gift wrap your items free!

At no additional charge, your items can be sent to the gift recipient and the invoice to you. That's right, your items will be gift wrapped and sent to the gift recipient for free!

How: When checking out, there is an extra text box for additional instructions.  Type your message here and any special instructions we should know for sending your gift. Feel free to email us if you are uncertain or have extra special needs.

Note: Orders over $200.00 may require additional fees. You will be contacted you if necessary to charge additional fees. You will have the option of paying the additional fee or canceling the order if it exceeds your budget. Thank you for your understanding.

Also, there is a $25.00 fee for rush orders. This means your order will be created within 2-3 weeks as opposed to 3 to 6 weeks.

Please note that if packages are undeliverable due to incorrectly supplied address information, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Shipping is our biggest expense. We pay ridiculous penalties if the addresses provided are incorrect or incomplete. Please help us get your orders delivered quickly and efficiently- by checking apartment numbers, spelling of street names, and by sending us complete address information.

You can help us avoid raising our shipping rates by providing commercial addresses whenever possible.

International Shipping:

We have recently configured our online processor for international orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of items sold. Shipping method is Priority International which includes limited insurance and tracking. Estimated shipping time is 7 to 10 days, after the initial 3 to 4 weeks of creation time of your products.

We accept Western Union for International customers. If you would like to pay for your order with western Union, email us with the items you would like to purchase and we will provide a cost quote including shipping for your items. You can then pay with Western Union and provide us with the number for retrieving your funds. Once funds are received, we will begin processing your order.

Please note that international delivery is only guaranteed as far as the package can be tracked, usually to Customs in the recipient's country. Refunds cannot be given for items that arrive damaged to destinations outside the U.S., nor can items be replaced. Should you decide to refuse your order once it reaches your country and it is returned to us, no refunds will be given.

Please note that if actual shipping charges greatly exceed our average cost, you will be charged for the difference. It is impossible to list every country and the actual cost to each country, so our charges are based on an average cost determined by the typical cost of shipping to the various international regions we ship to.

Priority Mail International Insurance At the sender's option, Priority Mail International (flat-rate envelope and small flat-rate box not included) packages mailed to many destination countries can be insured against loss, damage, or missing contents. Comparable insurance coverage is not available to senders who mail letter-post items to those same countries.

The following table contains the insurance fees that are applicable to Priority Mail International packages.

* The insurance indemnity limit for parcels to Canada is $675.00.

To determine the fee when the amount of insurance exceeds $700.00, add $1.00 for each $100.00 or fraction thereof of additional coverage.

Please note that shipping terms are subject to change per the United States Postal Services and we have no control over such changes. Insurance prices are accurate as of August 15, 2009.

Once we ship your package to you we can not be held responsible for it or its delivery. Although there rarely is a problem with shipping overseas, it depends on the country in terms of how long the package will be delivered to you and any problems you might encounter. 

Important Shipping Notes:

• If you are paying my personal check or money order, please be advised that we will hold your check/money order until it clears prior to sending your items.

• Many of the items are crafted on a per order basis; thus, your order may not be shipped immediately. Keep in mind that all items are created by one artist who works as quickly as possible to fill orders. All artwork is subject to quality control. This means it has to meet set standards for the highest quality in order to be shipped. If there is a significant delay in the creation of your items, you will be notified of the status of your order. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for the creation and delivery of your items.

Need Rush Delivery?

No problem! If you need your items faster, simply send  an email with your timeframe, and if  the item you desire is in stock, we will arrange to ship it priority mail for an extra fee of $25.00. Custom orders can also qualify for rush order; however, given the handcrafted nature of the items, a minimum of two weeks is needed.
