At no additional charge, your items can be sent to the gift recipient and the invoice to you. That's right, your items will be gift wrapped and sent to the gift recipient with a free Voodoo Mystic gift card personalized with your message! All for free!

Important Shipping Notes:

• If you are paying my personal check or money order, please be advised that we will hold your check/money order until it clears prior to sending your items.

• Many of the items are crafted on a per order basis; thus, your order may not be shipped immediately. We work as quickly as possible to fill orders and our work is subject to quality control. This means it has to meet our standards for high quality in order to be shipped. If there is a significant delay in the creation of your items, we will notify you on the status of your order. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for the creation and delivery of your items.

International Shipping:

Please note that our online processor and our website are set up for U.S. orders only. Upon request, we will issue a quote for international shipping based on our actual costs. International delivery is only guaranteed as far as we can track the package, usually to Customs in the recipient's country. Delivery for untrackable orders sent by air parcel post is not guaranteed at all. We will not refund or replace items that do not arrive or that arrive damaged to destinations outside the U.S.

We will ship anywhere in the world except Mexico.  Shipping costs depend on the destination. For a shipping price quote, simply send us an email and we will get back to you within 24 hours with a shipping price quote. Please include destination and the items you are interested in purchasing in the email.

Shipping is our biggest expense. We pay ridiculous penalties if the addresses provided are incorrect or incomplete. Please help us get your orders delivered quickly and efficiently- by checking apartment numbers, spelling of street names, and by sending us complete address information.

You can help us avoid raising our shipping rates by providing commerical addresses whenever possible.

Please note that if packages are undeliverable due to incorrectly supplied address information, shipping charges will not be refunded.
