The Voodoo Doll Museum’s collection
includes both historic and contemporary dolls
and extends from one-of-a-kind to mass-produced items.
The collection encompasses the rich holdings of the
curator's private collection and generous
donations from friends of the Museum.
Artists seeking inspiration for new doll
designs draw ideas from the diversity of the collection.
Scholars and students exploring the history of
doll magick and Voodoo dolls use the collection as a primary
resource. Writers seeking historical authenticity refer to
the Museum for firsthand experience of
objects. Collectors—novice and seasoned—use the collection to expand
their understanding and develop their expertise.
Do
you have photos of cursed or haunted Voodoo dolls? If so please,
send them to us via email along with the story behind them and we
will post them here, credit given, of course.
If
you have a doll you no longer want, you may send it to us as well. Simply wrap
it in a white cloth and package it carefully along with some background
information and we will add it our growing collection.
Email us
for details.
